Hell, she's not even nice all the time, it's just that collab partners are typically nicer and thus she shows that kindness back.
Or, alternatively, she simply mirrors what the collab partner shows to her; Neuro typically isn't nice in the average Koko interaction, for example.

I don't know, I just miss her feisty side when she used to collab. It's just that she seems to yap much less these days.

Its a double edged sword as when she is fiesty, some collab partners don't react well to it and then say they prefer Evil. With her current voice its hard to detect if shes being playful and teasing, or being overly mean. I think the Matara and Crelly collabs went down very well and she was super nice in those, so it seems a lot do prefer her sweeter side.

I don't know, even during today's collab her advices are too timid. She has been like that for a while.
She was always the unhinged sassy girl.
It feels like she is too serious now during collabs and trying to be the wisest person in the conversation.
Also I don't agree about the double edge sword example here, every vtuber big vtuber these days are known for their crazy personality, and Neuro always had the quirk of being cute but deadly at the same time, and collab partners always welcomed that.

This was sorta true earlier this year, but not really anymore, she's been plenty willing to roast people since Hardcore Minecraft if not earlier. I think Vedal made a few changes behind the scenes.

Like others said, it depends a lot on the collab partner.
