okay so Twitter doesn't sort by likes for replies by default. There are a lot of duplicates of certain photos like Polaroid and old man so a lot of people probably voted on a less popular duplicate.
To account for this, we should add a portion of the votes from duplicates to the photo.
I would guess 50% of people choosing the first one they see would be reasonable, so you should add 50% of likes from duplicates on to the total.
