Why is the new merch shipping so expensive? sad
It made sense for lava lamps because they were delicate, but this stuff is all squishy neuroCry

just the reality of smaller scale production, ur used to the shipping prices of mass produced stuff, but stuff like this is always gonna cost more

it might be because some items are made already and some are going to be made eventually so its actually going to be multiple packages

yeah I just got the shirt and the keychain bundle which was $76 + $21 shipping+ $8 tax for a total of $106

especially with the time of year this is rough for me lol. i feel like you shouldnt have to be "rich" to get merch for people you watch or want to support but to get some keyrings plushies and a tshirt i had to pay over £150 CerberDead wild world lol. could have cost me under £100 without the shipping and taxes added (usually taxes are already added to things in the uk and eu in general so seeing taxes as an add on at checkout makes it feel like theyre stealing from me neurOMEGALUL)

I bought everything, $125 subtotal with $41 shipping. The Order Details email I received lists different shipping dates for plushies/shirt/keychains. ~$14 for a an oversees package to the US is pretty normal in my experience. Could they have saved on shipping if all were to be sent in one go? Yea, but apparently we'd be waiting until March (Plushies).

for me the plushies were £22 (USD$30) each (if you got the bundle with the shirt and both of them)

The lava lamp bundle didn't take me any shipping fee for that obvious reason, and I thought the tutel would be shipped from some other country when I was asked for the shipping fee MikoCry

in my experience, the Shopify (which you can tell from the UI) shipping can be extremely hit or miss
I do not know what it actually depends on, as not all stores that use it have this issue, but when I see any store with this layout I seriously fear what the shipping will come out to
I've often seen very illogical costs, sometimes doubling from adding a small/light item
There are a lot of seller complaints that Shopify only lets you set weight and not dimensions of an item, maybe it's some combination of that + the countries you ship from/to

I guess ill bring this discussion up again since I have issues.

im in the UK, and juniper for some reason used a shipping company called Relay. relay basically ships products to a store in the area instead of to your home and you have to go pick up the parcels yourself. for me that store is a 45 minute walk down a hill, and a 45 minute walk back up a hill again.

for how much theyre charging for shipping (the most ive ever paid for shipping) the least they can do is deliver to my damn apartment rather than making me travel out to go get it.

please I beg sort this issue out before the next merch is released. doubling the checkout price with shipping just to not even ship to your address is ridiculous
