Another twin Vedal already has a hard time beeing in charge of two AI's.
Do we really want to overwork him even more by making a third AI that will 100% be hard to find them yet another personality that differs from both neuro and evil?
Not to talk about the work that would be needed for yet another model for her, rigging for that model, merch for her, finding space for her to stream As if evil streaming less than neuro wasn't enough, and to not mention the caos that would cause for her to have both neuro and evil in the same call just to be together.

To be honest, would be 1.000 times better if neuro was dressed as a "magical girl" and had some "powers" like "I cast timeout on X chatter" or "I cast rain in my house". Would require tons of work for a full outfit, but if given her a magical wand, would be reasonable.
