Neuroverse Main Cast’s Starter Pokémon

So yeah, anyway. These are definitely the starter Pokémon that fits them the best based on their whole themes, species, and personalities. And no one can change my mind. I swear this is not rage-bait, because seriously, just look at them—these are like matches made in heaven! It all aligns so perfectly! And I love the fact that they’re all from different regions!

Sorry for the ugly layout. I’m not the most creative person when it comes to presentation and colors, hahaha.

And for the Nere fans out there:
Which starter do you think the fan-made Filter-sama character would have? Probably a grass to match with the green theme, right? Or a water type to wash away dirty language, LOL. (There’s no water starter here anyways so it would be nice!)

I would say there are a few options that could work for Nere

If you are looking for any Pokemon, Ralts -> Gardevoir would work

But a traditional starter

Based off pure design I would say Greninja (Froakie), Serperior (Snivy) and maybe Inteleon (Sobble)

Greninja works since she works in shadows (kind of like a ninja), and uses it’s tongue as a mask (referencing Nere’s mask)

Serperior just kinda looks like it matches. A more elegant design, green colors, a sometimes tough expression. Fitting for Nere I’d say

And Inteleon is a calm and collected secret agent who shoots water from its fingertips. It can turn invisible and fly/glide. Nere is basically doing a mission impossible filtering her sister. So thought it would make sense

And your other choices for everyone else are very fitting I’d say. I myself had a similar idea for Vedal and Anny, while giving more Pokemon that aren’t really starters to Neuro and Evil (like Shinx for Neuro and Zorura for Evil)

Yeah, I’ve thought about those too! I’ve been wanting to design their whole teams for a long time now! But for now, I decided to start with just their starters. The one they would get when starting their Pokémon journeys. If they could get one that actually matched them, ofc.

Tbh I personally picture Nere with a Gardevoir as a main and a Hatterene as another one of her mains but Gardevoir being her major Pokemon

It’s mainly cause Hatterene blocks out loud noises and Nere is a filter

Oh Impidimp, definitely fits her as a team character! Haha. She could have a Popplio as well since it gives major circus vibes.

Wait I almost forgot that she could just have a Popplio as her starter, since it’s literally a starter Pokémon, aaa hahaha

And Koko would have a Grookey! Or whatever it’s called again

Koko and Camila are really the only colleagues that I actually really care about.

Oh, and Numi maybe too.
I find it a bit difficult to find a perfect match for her, but maybe Chespin, Torchic, or Turtwig?
