Vedal should give proper credits for songs on Spotify

For some reason, many songs featuring Neuro or Evil are not properly listed on their official accounts, which makes them harder to find. The issue seems to be that the singles are credited incorrectly - with only one singer listed.

I’m not sure why this happens with collab partners. It could be due to revenue reasons, but it feels strange to see it even with just the Neuro and Evil duo, like in "Never". I understand that many collabs came out before Neuro or Evil had their own accounts, but the situation with "Never" shows this is most likely a mistake rather than intentional.

The image in this post shows three examples: the first demonstrates how it should look (Mesmerizer), while the second and third show how it currently looks for Neuro and Evil with singles missing from their discography when they should be included.

I’m not sure how difficult it is to fix the credits for existing collabs, but I hope this will be done properly for future releases.

Songs this appears on are ones such as Bottom 2, evil, MONSTER, Neuro's feature on Spill The Beans and probably more

This is not a problem that Vedal can directly fix, as it's something that the distributors of each song needs to fix. But it's still worth mentioning

Heres something when looking at the Spotify. Why do I is on her profile its just not under her discography its under appears on

same with Never. On evils profile Never shows up under appears on.

I feel like this might be like an account setting so that appears on songs are in discography

Since they’re credited on the songs, they do appear under "Appears On". But they never show up in the "Popular" section or "Discography", because for that they also need to be credited as part of the album, not just the individual tracks.

This was probably caused by lack of Neuro and Evil Spotify artist accounts prior to LIFE and BOOM, respectively

but it happening for NEVER is weird

That might have been the case before LIFE or BOOM, and I mentioned that in the post. But it’s still happening even with newer songs like Boom 2, where a placeholder for Neuro’s account was used instead of the official channel.

I also found out that changing music metadata isn’t that hard, but it depends on the distributor.
