I don't know. Someone asked about him changing the channel's name and he replied that he tried to do that years ago and he still can't. Unless I misunderstood something.

Not meant to be funny, he absolutely should change the name whenever possible especially if the end goal is still (and I assume it is since he didnt say otherwise) Neuro mostly running the channel on her own.

If partnered with Twitch, renaming has to go through support mail and can be a pain as they have to verify your identity etc.

Trying to do it through the profile will make it like starting a new Twitch channel (and having monetization on 2 channels even if one is no longer used, can cause legal issues with taxes)
