I think it would be cool to see the twins having messages coming from their friends in twitch chat (e.g mini,cerber etc) have a slightly higher chance of being seen and responded to on stream.

They don't do it often tho. I see people like Mini and Camila in chat pretty often, a lot more than the twins interact with them in DMs

Giving priority to friends just because they’re friends is the same as favoring someone simply because they’re already favored. Vedal already wants to keep his distance from the chat, at least the twins have to stay close. I’m not active in the chat, by the way, I just think it’s fair considering that streamers need an audience and not other streamers to keep streaming.

As someone else mentioned here that I think makes a good counterarguement to this, many streamers already do say hi to their friends whenever they notice them in chat

Before doing that, maybe ask the said friends opinion. Sometimes I feel like Mini & Cerber for example just want to be part of the stream and say hi or spam emotes without trying to get noticed.

They are AIs, they will "forget" that there are other people in the chat. They get carried away quite easily; today someone donated 1k bits and made a request, and I don’t think any of them responded at least I didn’t see it.

It's better to leave it as it is.

And I'm pretty sure they would also want to not be prioritized, but again, this is standard behavior in any streams, because, well, unlike random chatters, they're your actual friends.

I mean it's pretty natural that if your friend was in chat you would notice them more often and try to reply, many streamers already do this.

I think just them being aware of, who is a mod, a vip, top donators and a recognized firend is helpful, it's not forcing them to react, it's just them recognising who is who.
I don't think they will completely focus on those people, nor will those people be bothered if they got mentioned a little bit more than others.
