what exactly does vedal do to fine tune neuro in terms of personality etc without the simple solution of using character prompts. Because I saw a message vedal had sent saying he does not use prompts when it comes to fine tuning her personality. Is it just her picking up stuff from the streams, such as when she talks to people and reading twitch chat.

I personally believe he doesn't tune anything, It just somehow works so she doesn't mess with the personality. He got lucky and doesn't understand it so he just lets it be. She is basically chemical X

Back before the first dev stream Neuro said that Vedal set some of her personality that she couldn't change. She can, according to her, rewrite and expand on most of it at her discretion.
