#💡 Small Idea: Neuro and Evil reacting to each other's position

Hey Vedal!
Had a small idea I wanted to throw out there. It’d be super cool if Neuro and Evil could detect which side the other one is on during their interactions. Like if Evil is on Neuro’s left, then Neuro would look or react to the left when talking to her, and same the other way around.

It’s a small touch, but I feel like it’d make their interactions feel way more natural and connected. Just thought I’d share in case it’s something that could be added at some point. Loving the streams!

While I'm not an expert or anything in the technical details I would think this would take a lot of work to program, for only little gain

I don't think so. If their expressions/animations of the models are controlled by a math, I guess all you need to do is to make an offset and slight corrections? But I could be wrong because I'm not a programmer

I can imagine (again, not knowledgeable in this area in the slightest) there being three non-trivial things that needs to be programmed: 1. OBS awareness of positions of models relative to each other, 2. OBS needs to send this information to Live2D, 3. New model animations needs to be recorded/made

not exactly
if remember correctly they are first visualized in unity. there you can easy get positions and do cool stuff
for example lately (not sure if its true to all or not) but neuro guests can 'come out' of her room

greater problem is on animation side. for example: is it easy to get all animations to have variations with eye look target? or how will this variation look? (remember they cannot rotate they heads, they are not 3d models)

plus this is another parameter for neuro to set, that means additional training required (need to specify who is 'targeting' right now)
