oh oh, I've talked a bit about this topic in NN recently.
So, I don't exactly know how it is done, but Forsen's chat has a message screen space height limit or something. Don't think it's just a character limit. And it is so much more readable that our chat, and his chat is nothing but a spam usually

here's tldr for future readers:
multi-line spam is a problem, single line spam itself is acceptable
proposed solutions:
-timeout spammers with reincidence leading to bans (generally liked option)
-reduce character limit (generally disliked option)
-mod announcement (unlikely to do anything)
-vedal addressing the issue (mixed response)
-make nesus twitch mod
