I have sensitive hearing so I have to make a choice between:
a) have evil quiet and have pipes/sfx at normal volume protecting my hearing
b) have evil at normal volume and have pipes/sfx be loud and cause me physical pain
c) use a third party compressor to try and solve this very specific issue at the cost of audio quality
I shouldn't have to make this choice and I don't believe we lose anything from pipes not actually being ear piercing.
Other sound effects such as scary violin or death music are also louder than neuro/evil, but that's a very minor issue.
