This could potentially elevate just chatting streams to be even more interesting if she will be given the ability to "browse" the internet just like how regular streamers record themselves browsing through x/reddit/youtube etc and giving their reaction/commentary on it.
Now I understand obviously we can't just allow Neuro unlimited access to the internet, so the best method is to have a system similar to how she already does her fan art reviews.
But instead of fan art, it will be internet content. Basically, develop a custom "game" that can display curated content (by vedal, mods, or community voted)
with the game API connected, not only can she simply react and give commentary, this will completely allow Neuro to interact with the curated content to be displayed, i.e, she can choose to "like, leave a comment, dislike (if it's a youtube video), report (would be funny) or scroll down/up the page.
With this, it will give the illusion of Neuro reacting to "real time" events, as long as it is curated properly. For example, we can have Neuro follow some preset accounts on social media, so she can like and comment on posts of her favorite vtubers.
Also, there needs to be a UI for Neuro searching something in the web. Maybe using this game API we can somehow have Neuro actually "click" on an article and read the web page displayed.
