Fix the toggle Redeems

I want to put this thread up cause back in the start of last month Vedal heard the feedback about the toggle redeems being broken on Evil model (which was a issue since she got the heartpin update on ).

However about 1 week later these redeems were broken again, but now on both Neuro and Evil maybe this could be looked into for the nth time?
This affects all 3 of the redeems: Frog hat, Duck, Cat mode.

yeah i looked through the vods and the redeems seem to be broken since the filian collab, adding the hairstyle for Neuro and demon horns/tail for Evil would be also a good idea imo
