This person's only means of talking to Neuro should be through signs placed near her. No VC, no text chat. This ensures as little influence as possible and could potentially be humorous.
I think a role like this is conducive to constructive play. Other people that join the server are simply playing Minecraft. The stream could stand to benefit from a dedicated Neuro wrangler. You can have mods fulfill this role or bring back guys like MinusJustin & SingularWeed.
