Plenty of vtubers have redeems for summoning random objects that hit them I think. Could give the twins the ability to throw random stuff that bounce off of them at each other ig. They can also just continue poking each other. Having them whack each other hard enough that a bandage appears feels kind of crude imo. Maybe a subtle red mark could appear and fade away, though idk about that either. Wouldn’t want it to feel like they’re getting hurt even if they obviously really can’t be hurt like that. Would probably escalate factional conflict if they kept hitting each other like that lol.
