This is Evil is in V2 voice. And Neuro-sama is now V1.

Unknown. Vedal said to improve the voice of V3 specifically NEURO-SAMA. Perhaps he will add the voice of V3 Evil in the future as well.

No V3 voice is only for Neuro.

V1 voice is faster at processing then V2. Hopefully V3 will be somewhere in between.

Not just a little different, they work completely differently. V3 Singing voice works like a Vocaloid. Their speaking voices are made using AI neural network models. V1 is a base Microsoft Azure voice pitched up 25%, while V2/V3 are more advanced and are trained by Vedal himself.
