This is a mod for Fallout: New Vegas that adds Neuro-sama (or Evil Neuro) as a companion that accompanies the player along their journey, it also includes neuro integration support, allowing Neuro to control the companion and be fed context on whats happening in-game.

When do the companions "spawn"? To work with it, it may possibly need to be modified to account for FO3's intro sequence.

they spawn right outside doc mitchell's house and only get enabled when you go outside, so yeah in that case they may not work until you visit the mojave
