title says it all, now that Neuro has her rings hairstyle it would be neat for her to be able to swap between her normal hair and new rings hair. Whenever Evil gets an alternate hairstyle it can be applied to her as well.

would that be done off stream? wouldn't really make much sense. also neuro doesn't have any other outfits right now since the witch/clown suits haven't been set up for her new model
