Chat NNR (previously Chat Elo) is an unofficial project to rank chatters during Neuro-sama streams & events.

There're no new visible features this stream, although the frontend is currently bugged. The rating algorithm (now named NNR!), and certain backend features have changed, though.

Coming up is a way to pin your own username to the leaderboard.

(PSA: It's very broken atm!)
