Neuro Adventures! Is a survivors-like set in the Neuroverse! It plays very similarly to other games in the genre, but with a twist: instead of one, you play as two characters. A Collab Partner which you control directly, and an AI that will follow the Collab Partner around.

So now that the spreadsheet has been updated with evil's upgrades, I figured I would give some first impressions on the AI upgrades. In other words, essay incoming neurOMEGALUL

Overall, they seem much closer in power, and I think there's a good chance neuro might be stronger this time. Nothing stands out as super busted to me

Also, the biggest change by far is easily the nerf to their respective attack increase upgrades, meaning way less damage overall. They have more attacks though, so that should help balance it out

Evil: overall, lots of AOE attacks and has better survivability in terms of HP, healing, and summoning circle. She will probably struggle more with the boss than neuro, but better against regular enemies

Knife: honestly, no clue. I never really noticed how much of an impact it had before because enemies usually died before they got close enough.

Harpoon: definitely seems strong. I low-key think it will be about as good as metal pipes, but evilShrug

Fireball: it's been toned down a lot, but I still think it has potential to be pretty strong. The firing pattern change will at the very least make it more annoying to dodge, but atm i don't think it will change much otherwise

Pipes: this will be the main damage output due to the sheer number of pipes, but otherwise I don't really have anything to say.

Pizza: I don't really know what to think of this yet, but neuro's drones might be better. Pizza is bigger and has more damage, but is way slower. Idk how impactful the speed is though, so I'll have to wait and see

Soul stealer: a bit surprised there is no change, but it probably won't be as strong due to the attack upgrade nerf

Summoning circle: probably needed the nerf tbh, but should still be solid

Evil fumo: as much as I'd like to say this will be incredibly strong (much like shield in magic survival is), I can't say for sure yet. Also, the ability to store charges is only useful if she doesn't run into too many enemies, kinda like anny's stars.

Split due to character limit

Neuro: seems more well rounded than evil. Has good single target and AOE attacks, and follows you closer, making it easier to steer her around enemies.

Swords: much more noticeable than knife due to the AOE and manual aim. Due to being melee, it will likely be her least important attack (the cd might save it, but neuroShrug)

Angel wings: should be a bit easier to dodge now. Its main strength will be single target damage, similar to how fireball is at close range. Can still help against crowds a bit too.

Ten tin cans: will be really strong against a single target (provided you can aim well) and isn't terrible against crowds either.

Nuke: I still think this will be the strongest attack in terms of AOE damage overall, but a bit slow to rely on by itself.

Drone: lumped thoughts with Pizza

Lava lamp: less in number than nuke, but higher DPS while active. The healing is a bit hard to use unless you are already near it, and have 100% filter. With nuke she has pretty good AOE damage (though evil still seems better at that)

Gaslight: might be better than evil fumo. While it only blocks one attack, you can take hits more often. Both are definitely going to be strong, but I can see either one being stronger than the other.

Well yeah, but I'm speaking from my experience playing magic survival lol. Shield and cloaking are basically the best defense in the game

Another possibility to fix the lag is make it so the cd of certain attacks begins after they finish firing

As for DM allegations, it has anti-synergy with harmony. It only keeps me safe, and with 100% filter it only protects me from enemies. with neuro being so close behind me, she is likely to run into them.

Its more useful for insurgency builds, and if you tell them to sit, but otherwise it doesn't do much I find
