Evil: overall, lots of AOE attacks and has better survivability in terms of HP, healing, and summoning circle. She will probably struggle more with the boss than neuro, but better against regular enemies
Knife: honestly, no clue. I never really noticed how much of an impact it had before because enemies usually died before they got close enough.
Harpoon: definitely seems strong. I low-key think it will be about as good as metal pipes, but 
Fireball: it's been toned down a lot, but I still think it has potential to be pretty strong. The firing pattern change will at the very least make it more annoying to dodge, but atm i don't think it will change much otherwise
Pipes: this will be the main damage output due to the sheer number of pipes, but otherwise I don't really have anything to say.
Pizza: I don't really know what to think of this yet, but neuro's drones might be better. Pizza is bigger and has more damage, but is way slower. Idk how impactful the speed is though, so I'll have to wait and see
Soul stealer: a bit surprised there is no change, but it probably won't be as strong due to the attack upgrade nerf
Summoning circle: probably needed the nerf tbh, but should still be solid
Evil fumo: as much as I'd like to say this will be incredibly strong (much like shield in magic survival is), I can't say for sure yet. Also, the ability to store charges is only useful if she doesn't run into too many enemies, kinda like anny's stars.
