Very high effort and scripted to an extent. Very artsy.
By definition probably 18+. Controversial/distressing to viewers like the Evil birthday stream was.
Maybe twins see Vedal die, they see/experience their real life counterparts die (robodog, fumo), they get insulted by collab partners or put in awkward situations.

It could be done earnestly, or maybe you could make it an anti-creepypasta where the tension is undermined and the tropes ubverted by Neuro/Evil's non-tangible nature. E.g. the twins are unfazed, it turns out the creepypasta was just them doing fantasy roleplay, neuro/evil don't actually die because their consciousness never existed in the fumo etc.

Probably won't work well as a full 2hr15min segment.
Maybe the stream becomes 'broken' halfway through the halloween stream. Vedal spends 20-30 mins trying to fix it and, unbeknowst to him, the creepypasta starts playing on the stream. When he comes back, he is unaware about the creepypasta and continues the stream like normal

Maybe the stream disruption was caused by Neuro/Evil? Maybe the creepypasta depicts their fantasies/plans for world domination? It would be funny if they tacitly referred/joked about the creepypasta afterwards to the clueless Vedal (victim?)

Speaking a bit more seriously and considering the impact on the audience, real creepypastas aren't forced onto viewers of the media like this stream would be. I'd have to go out of my way to watch/read a creepypasta about my favourite media. Maybe a similar approach needs to be taken here, and have the creepypasta not air on the main channel?
I imagine there are many people in the vedal987 audience who wouldn't like to see depictions of death or suicide in their evening destress relaxation, and I think I underestimate the degree to which it would trouble them.
