The twins really need a fully integrated 'ignore' function to avoid being stuck in timeout loops with the chat. After 2-3 warnings Neuro should add the word that irritates her to her internal filter that makes her ignore all comments containing it for an hour or two. Chat would stop abusing it without getting any feedback in return. Also, in comparison to Neuro adding the given word to automod so that chat can't use it, an internal filter seems less obstructive and most people won't even realize it. It's just like when a human decides to entire ignore something. This should really improve the quality of the chill segments.
