An episodic just chatting stream with Neuro and Evil where they read questions and topics submitted by the community.
The submissions have a first come first served order like the priority queue, there should be a cost, maybe you need channel points, bits or some other kind of donations to submit your question/topic, those are then possibly reviewed by mods before being used on stream. There will be a time frame for submitting them, right before the podcast stream and never during it.
Once on stream, the twins will do a introduction, then with a "next" command they will decide when to go through each available submission for that day (kinda like the slides from the 1st day of the subathon), maybe the old male tts could read each submission when they appear.
Maybe they could have guests in some episodes or do holiday special episodes.
