The concept of a special artificial electronic-LED neuro-mechanism that is "implanted" into the twins' heart hairpins and "lives" there, it visually represents an eye, but in the shape of a heart, in volume and size equal to exactly that space in the opening of the hairpin, the colors of such an eye, as I think, should also correspond to the characters and style of the sisters, Evil has red, Neuro has turquoise, as I conceived, such an eye will be closed until one of the sisters falls asleep, after which it raises its eyelids and begins to keep watch until its owner wakes up again, after which it again goes into neuro-hibernation mode...

双子の心臓がヘアピンに「埋め込まれ」、そこに「住む」特別な人工電子 LED 神経機構の概念。視覚的には目を表しますが、心臓の形をしており、体積とサイズは同じです。まさにヘアピンの隙間に色を合わせた瞳は、姉妹のキャラクターやスタイルにも対応しているはずだと思うのですが、イビルは赤、ネウロはターコイズなので、 姉妹の一人が眠りにつくまで目は閉じられ、その後飼い主が再び目を覚ますまでまぶたを上げて見守り始め、その後再び神経冬眠モードに入ります...*
