How about we get that ai to play ai minecraft?

would be cool (tho that would require an ai that only gets information about the environment via the screen and simulates button presses)

Arguably would be a good upgrade in general, as in theory, that might allow her to play any game with minimal setup

it would require an ai that can take in a stream of video and 'mentally construct' a 3d environment, and remember where things are
current vision simply takes in a single image and identifies what's on the image. What you are suggesting also requires visual/spatial reasoning and memory
I think a video-in-LLM would be needed for this, and multimodal LLMs are still not mature (as opposed to regular LLMs)

I don't think there's a need for spatial memory since AI minecraft itself doesn't do it lol. I just think Neuro needs a very frequent and constant rate of screenshots because that game changes constantly and fast.
