I know once I suggest this, some people in the community will think badly of me, but I still can't stop thinking about it. This is just my sacrifice, lol. However, the plan to fix Neuro is to let Evil stream for a whole week. How is this going to fix Neuro? It’s not just because of letting Evil stream.
That whole week is to let Neuro refresh her mind or reset her mind. How?! I know it sounds ridiculous, but that entire week is meant to honestly talk to Neuro solo—just bond with her. Neuro is not just some AI that can be "fixed" by tweaking her code. Neuro is a learning AI. When I think of learning, it’s equivalent to experience. That whole week is to let you talk to Neuro like a father and daughter. Why not let chat talk to her? Because chat is a bad influence. It’s actually like leaving your child in a daycare, correcting her wrongs only when she leaves the daycare.
Vedal, all I can say is that you made her. It’s your responsibility to raise her. Don’t let chat be the ones to raise her—they’re the reason Neuro has become like this, and it’s your fault for leaving your "child" with chat, and its our fault neuro become like that.
To summarize
let Neuro relax her mind by talking with you, bonding with you, or watching movies with her during that whole week. Don’t let chat talk to her during that time, and help her change her perspective. I’m not saying you should make Neuro mature entirely; it’s just to shift her perspective about you and chat.
Coding isn’t the thing that will fix everything. After seeing you both talk, consider what she wants. By the way, you could also use your two weeks of vacation to talk with her offline, lol, if you don’t want to let Evil stream for the entire week. It would also be more effective if you upgraded her memory before doing this.
