Vedal plays the non-GoG version of DaggerfallUnity for the subathon. Give Neuro the manual and the game logs. Vedal goes in blind and has to make a custom class based on Neuro's recommendation. He then has to navigate the world with her and chat as his sole guidance. The tutorial that DFU comes with is also permitted. Vedal may change the in-game settings at his discretion. Daggerfall has one difficulty.
The content comes from Vedal clashing with the old school RPG design and being roasted by Neuro when he ultimately missteps. The game is made with Unity so Vedal will be familiar in case he wants to modify it himself. It has mod tools, documentation and is overall a pleasant modding experience.
The chunky appearance of the game can be off-putting so I'd recommend getting the DREAM mod from Nexus plus the Dynamic Skies mod. DREAM is a complete overhaul of the game and Dynamic Skies replaces the rotating sky texture which can cause motion sickness.
