After initially buying stocks during the subathon every day there can be a limited (lets say 30 minute) segment of her reviewing her stock performance every day after. To make it more fun and engaging every single sub she earns during the segment should convert into 1$ she can use to buy more stocks after segment ends. If its consistent enough even on day 3 people will highly likely get invested into how well neuro uses earned money that day. If segment can be somewhat automated it would make the "chill" parts a lot more active.
Ideally it should be done in the news stream format: with different background (can be reused from CEO stream), special UI for neuro "breaking news" thoughts, some more upbeat bgm and maybe even evils commentary too
