You can log in, into the website, and change the profile pic and clip that appear when voting. You can also submit 3 vods/videos for the panel's consideration
The panel is a group of 100+ people who are supposed to reduce the extent to which this is a popularity contest. It consists of platform specialists, game devs, talent managers etc.
The panel has a 30% weight; the popular vote has a 70% weighting.

For reference, the clip chosen was the dead witness clip from the Court Stream: https://clips.twitch.tv/SwissMiniatureAlpacaBatChest-jptMMuH8QZexLjwV
I personally think the clip is pretty good already but maybe an even better one exists (or maybe you could do AB testing neurOMEGALUL)
And below I put the profile picture

If you are nominated, I [qtcinderella] will DM in the next 2 days inviting you to come in person (with +1). Make sure your DMs are open

I'm thinking the vods submitted should be:

  1. dev stream
  2. neuro automated stream
  3. ??? (special event?)
Also maybe edit the vods to include title changes (can be pulled from twitch tracker) and place a list of google searches in a 30s frame at the end of the vod?

One dev stream should be included because: they highlight the evolving nature of Neuro, Vedal brings out the most comedy from Neuro and finally he engages Neuro in sincere, intelligent conversation. The final point is the most opinion-shifting imo because it shows that Neuro is not merely a fast food restaurant that churns out comedy.

I reckon maybe the iteration 18 dev stream ? It's a shame Vedal didn't implement the polls and title changes visible in VOD, that'll reduce the immersion a lot for the judges.

One neuro automated stream because it shows that Neuro can entertain on her own two feet.
I think the last automated stream (5/11/2024) was the best one because Neuro was her most cognizant. (e.g. her not wanting to end stream because she dies)

Not sure about what the third vod should be

I wonder if the panelists are required to watch the vods. Maybe more of of the panel would watch and digest the submitted content if it were shorter edited videos rather than uncut vods. I suppose Vedal's proclivity to shorter streams still helps him here.
I think Vedal needs to ask this first to qtcinderella before submitting content

Now that I think about it, Evil's persona/story is very strong evidence that an audience has become emotionally attached to an off-colour clone of an AI - an unexpected feat. A stream/video that encapsulates this might convince the panel that Vedal has not merely created chatbots, but has created characters.

#

I'm tempted to say Evil's birthday stream (which is a work of art in its own right), but that is only a snapshot of Evil's sorrow. If only we could submit a mashup of evil's life story (including pivotal commentaries like Creep and Perfect)

Imo was the best moment from that stream and would demonstrate neuro's abilities all around

maybe we should offer a mix of vods and clips, to achieve the equivalent of discriminative pricing
judges who want to skim can just watch 2 clips, and the people who are invested can watch the vod

Whether VOD or edited video, I think the twin dev stream is one of the best I have seen. Technically it actually shows (at the end) that they can see and read, but it may not be quite so obvious. (Talking about the comments Neuro makes after looking at the Ironmouse canvas, she saw and recognized the fire place and keyboard on the wallpaper, and read Plasma from the canvas.)
