Flipline Studios made the Papa's [food]ria flash game series. They are now making PC games. The first, Papa's Freezeria Deluxe, released in 2023 and the second, Papa's Pizzeria Deluxe, is releasing in 9 days on Nov 19. steam page
Given that the last one was well received and also that they are now adapting the game that started the series, I think this one will be popular.

Pretty button oriented (no movement), though one task requires timing (~1s tolerance) and a few more require mouse dragging. Some might also need vision so Neuro distributes toppings well. There are also hidden elements like taking orders from customers promptly and fulfilling orders asap to get better scores, which will need to be conveyed to Neuro.
This will require reasoning from Neuro; she'll need to check that she sticks to what's on the order. This game will test her multitasking and management skills. At the end of each day, there are minigames, which she can skip past, and also the option to customise the restaurant (which she can also skip).
My main concern is that I couldn't find any mods for the previous PC game:

it seems that the game still runs off adobe air which seems to be moddable with use of software like JPEXS
I have done few sprite swap and tinkering but beyond that is out of my scope
