Inspired by Mini using an echo thing. As an outsider, it sounds like it would be dead simple to implement because it's like Neuro's 'talk quickly' action
Possible filters:
- echo/reverb
- phone call filter?/analog filter

Also I think rgb neuro might be a cool model toggle
Maybe you could have some kind of angelic aura toggle (i.e. faint white glow) that Neuro uses to exude innocence
