Basically what the title says. At the moment Neuro is able to speed her speech up and down to a degree, My thought is that it could be useful for her to automatically accelerate her speech speed if she's about to fire off a wall of text, she could preform this step somewhere between forming the text and the text to speech speaking.
seemed like something someone might have already suggested so I did quickly check if someone else had this idea and did see one similar idea, but it's from a year ago and somewhat different to my idea so I think it's okay.
