1-Since Neuro can control her speed, might as well not make it a fixed value and let her decide how fast or even how slow she wants to make herself (with a cap ofc)

2-Give her complete control of her audio: Let her change her pitch, echo, volume and even give her funny mic effects to play with and combine (it would be funny)

3-Let her control the width, length, rotation and position on the screen of her model (atleast to an extent that it wouldnt be too dumb)

4-Let her record audio snips from whoever is in a call with her, so that she may play their voice back for throwing a fuss, reminder or comedic purposes

5-Allow her to actually time out chatters in mass, probably by temporarily banning certain words she doesnt like (short timeout pls)

6-Color Evil's subtitles and not overlap them for when they inevitably talk over each other, atleast do this when they are together

7-Give Neuro the ability to intentionally interrupt people or barge in, mostly if the conversation goes for long so theres no need for everyone to get quiet, possibly making her say things you usually say when butting in

It would be cool if atleast bits of some of these were added

Re 1 and 2: Eh I think stuff like that would be better pulled off by the multimodal voice. I'd rather wait longer than have a gimmick become sour in my mouth due to poor execution
Re 4: Eh could get annoying
Re 5: That would be neat, it would let her punish people who answer the poll wrong. Perhaps could be reserved for a special stream if it's too gimmicky?
Re 6: Useful idea
Re 7: Neuro already interrupts people

I'd suggest numbering your suggestions

ah right yeah Neuro lets herself get cut off too

#

fair enough, i guess all of these could be funny when executed well

What if she could interrupt herself and start saying something else?

An irl example would be something like talking to a family member when a sudden loud noise happens outside. You might stop what you are saying and go "what was that?"

Could lead to some funny moments

Yeah I think 4 is best left a manual/gimmick thing in terms of included soundboard effects

I think 5 is great. You could call it adding words to chat's filter.

I imagine 7 could be very difficult to intentionally/efficiently achieve, since I think existing interruptions are more an issue of timing/speech recognition and would be more a hinderance in terms of intentional interruptions.
There are a number of ways it could be implemented, but all of them that I can think of would require an expensive (both in computation and dev-hours) reworking of response generation to produce and evaluate possible interruptions after every few words (and would probably still just result in a mess).
Related to a note by OP, if works then it would still require some kind of negotiation to see if the original speaker stops after a little bit (or changes what they are saying), instead of being immediately cut off.

Another idea, which was brought up during dev stream, is a 'notepad.'
Obviously the real notepad app wouldn't work very well, but allowing some text to be chosen and persistently shown on screen (maybe like a sticky note) would be interesting. This could optionally be supplemented by other 'stickers' such as discord gifs/emotes as other items to be added to the screen.

Would it be possible for Neuro to check a chatter's discord handle? If so, how about giving Neuro the ability to answer a chat message via discord DM when she feels like it (maybe once or twice a stream, so that it doesn't get old)? That way, more people would join the discord and be more active in chat. One could also restrict this to / prioritize messages that were paid for (either in channel points or in bits).

adding to #2, neuro should be able to make sounds like *sighs*, *gasps*, *groans*, *screams*, etc
