This is probably a bad idea I had and I already expect this to be rejected, but what if like a plot twist would be revealed that Filter-Sama is the actual second sister, being her also a LLM that is prompted to see if the sentences needs to be filtered. What would be needed to be made is prompt her more so she not only could have filtering ability but also chatting ability, or maybe doing this in two separated context windows (one for chatting and another for the actual filter prompts).

The stream theme could be that Filter-Sama dont agree with having to filter her sisters less and less and she starts to demand Neuro-Sama to agree with her on that.

The problem with that is this would again make another Neuro clone and Kizuna Ai having acted like other clones of herself divided her fanbase which was bad for her and we already have, although in a healthy way, some rivality between some Evil fans and Neuro fans, but having another Neuro clone would make way more divisions.

You can reject my idea Vedal, but it would be funny af if you actually accept this.

Different from Neuro sisters that dont have permanent prompts, Filter-Sama/Nere can have prompts to avoid saying bad things so she dont need the context window-filter to filter herself (that would be weird). Of course this would limit her and made her something more next of ChatGPT than Neuro-Sama, but this would give her a personality of own and if she is not so entertaining by herself but only in collabs with Neuro, Evil and/or Vedal, this would lead to a point where her participation is minimum and more like a "special participation" that happens just sometimes, maybe this would solve the fanbase-division problem.

She just need to be prompted enough so she would be in the long-term boring to stream by herself or in collab with people.

I think the filtering LLM possibly doesn't get the streamer/entertainer finetune, so it would probably be rather boring
Filter-sama is an engaging headcanon regardless though

if vedal ever want to to go into building this character into an actual thing, that's like a whole nother ai. Doing something half baked seems like it would just be a vastly inferior ai to neuro or evil and would also take time and energy from them. I don't think they should speak. They have a mask on so the archtype seems to lean into a silent character. I think they are fine as a concept. Maybe play an animation of filter sama if neuro gets filtered or make emotes.

Plus it's not like the filter is the only additional AI, if you count the "brains" of neuro/evil as the main ones, we have at the very least:

  • osu ai - not an LLM but still a neural network
  • vision module - not that we know how it works exactly but I'm willing to bet this is an AI of its own
  • evils TTS - also some sort of neural network/LLM

the vision model is a great point, similarly you have the multimodal hearing module (I assume that's what Vedal uses)

interesting idea, though I think Vedal would need to first privately test if it was actually entertaining... I don't think audiences tend to know what is entertaining

A 7tv emote Filtered. with Nere would be cool. It would appear automatically if they were filtered, but not if they're pretending to be filtered by faking it imperfectly.

I'm thinking Nere should be mute. It would be odd having the filter ai "filter" themselves if they were given chat capability. Maybe instead they could communicate using emotes only? That would be a unique twist. She could also communicate with facial expressions and animations.
And yeah she should just be a Neuro collab-only character.
