^The title

Having highly edited version of the streams on the main channel is fun but personaly, once I see that I've missed an interesting streams, I care more about watching the whole thing and putting it in the background. Because of that, I'd prefer to have vedal upload the raws on youtube since it has a better player (In my opinion). Also, it could provide an additional revenue stream for Vedal so that he can eventually buy that A100 NeuroCorpa

vedal gave up with that long time ago Pointless

he gave the reasons, I don’t really remember correctly, taking too much space in his pc, his internet speed when uploading was terrible (or a yt issue) and sometimes gave errors pretty close to finishing the upload so he had to start all over again or smth else

Unfortunate because (assuming that there wouldn't be any issues) I assume that it's a process that could probably be automated. Additionally, depending on how long ago it was, perhaps it could be different now. Idk, either way it is up to the big man, himself

revenue
i think vods would have non existent revenue
Suppose we start off with the $1/1000view benchmark, and make it $5/1000view to be generous.
Then, we suppose that each vod would get 5k views at most. (Neuro archiver gets 1k per vod, and lets assume the official channel gets more due to bigger reach)
This means we get $25 per vod, which. eh, is something i guess, but it would be only a marginal, 5% increase in revenue (let's assume vedal gets 200subs=$700 per stream)

Also, I think the youtube channel had the first few vods - he recently had another one uploaded around 3 months ago. However those are gone now from the channel

Yeah, I see your point. I assumed that the low cost (presumably no need to pay an editor and if the process can be automated, it would be even easier) and higher frequency of upload could have made a difference. However, after thinking some more about it, probably not. Moreover, I personally have no clear idea of how the Youtube monetization system works so it'd be weird/ useless to try to argue or recommend what the man should do with his own business, I guess lol

There is already an official VoDs YouTube channel : https://www.youtube.com/@Neuro-samaVods (it's linked from the main channel).
But like said before, Vedal pretty much gave up uploading the VoDs himself. Somehow we got some old VoDs 2 months ago, but nothing since then. So you should probably just watch the unofficial channels.
