Let Neuros set stream duration (within reason)

I was watching the dev stream and I thought one of the abilities neuro should have is controlling the duration of the stream. Like for example on Tuesday streams giving her a minimum time for 2:30:00 and a maximum time of 4:30:00 and she can end the stream with any time in between, other streams could go on for longer depending on what she’s doing
