- I don't think the first one has any consequences. She could even chat in Anny's offline chat.
- The second one might need to thought over very carefully, lest Neuro's presence is awkward or unwanted. She would also need to be able to hear the stream.
- The result of this is that it would give Neuro a public presence outside of streams (as opposed to the ability to make collabs).
Neuro would also need to be able to talk in the chat as a peer, not a streamer (and thus perhaps similar to among us). Maybe extra filters would be needed.
