Vedal didn't talk about this at all during the last dev stream. The last time it got brought up, one of the challenges mentioned was the twitch TOS warning against 'neglecting the Twitch audience'
Of course, that isn't an issue if there were exclusive Bilbili streams, but Vedal hasn't signalled that they will go that direction
I also know that it's hard to get Youtube Live Chat, so perhaps Bilibili chat is the same
