#Research and Analysis of Twitch TOS

Honestly it is difficult to read txt in discord, at least for me
I have studied the Twitch Terms of Service (TOS) and believe there are three possible plans to achieve interaction between Twitch live streaming and Bilibili live streaming:
Cross-platform live streaming synchronization (real-time viewing):
Method: Broadcast live simultaneously on Twitch and other platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, etc.), allowing audiences from different platforms to watch and interact in real time. Although viewers from different platforms cannot communicate directly in the same chat room, they can interact with the host in real time through the chat functions of their respective platforms.
TOS compliance: Twitch TOS generally allows users to share live content on other platforms as long as such sharing does not violate the policies of other platforms and does not circumvent Twitch's revenue-sharing mechanism in any way (such as guiding viewers to other platforms for paid support). Ensure that the live broadcast on other platforms clearly states that the content originates from Twitch and complies with Twitch's copyright and brand usage regulations.
Third-party interactive tools (cross-platform chat integration):
Method: Use third-party tools or services that support cross-platform chat integration (such as Streamlabs Chat Aggregator, Muxy Chat Link, etc.) to synchronize chat messages from the Twitch live room to other platforms (such as a Discord server), or forward chat messages from other platforms to the Twitch live room. In this way, viewers from different platforms can interact with the host in real time in a unified chat environment.
TOS compliance: As long as the use of these third-party tools or services does not violate Twitch's prohibited actions (such as publishing illegal, infringing, or harassing content), does not infringe on the rights of others, does not circumvent Twitch's revenue-sharing mechanism in any way, and does not violate the terms of use of the tools or services themselves, it complies with the TOS. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the use of these tools complies with Twitch's copyright and brand usage regulations, as well as to protect user privacy. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure that other platforms allow such chat integration and comply with their relevant policies.
Social media interaction (real-time Q&A, voting, etc.):
Method: During the live broadcast, use Neuro and Vedal's official social media accounts (such as Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.) to post real-time Q&A, voting, challenges, and other interactive content to guide users from other platforms to participate. The host can view and respond to these interactions in real time during the live broadcast, making viewers from other platforms feel involved.
TOS compliance: Twitch TOS generally allows users to view and respond to interactions on social media during the live broadcast as long as such behavior does not violate Twitch's prohibited actions, does not infringe on the rights of others, does not circumvent Twitch's revenue-sharing mechanism in any way, and does not deviate from the live content for an extended period. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that interacting with the audience on social media does not involve the Twitch service itself, so as not to violate the TOS. In addition, it is also necessary to comply with the relevant policies of other platforms.
Cross-platform joint live streaming (guest interaction):
Method: Cooperate with hosts or communities from other platforms for cross-platform joint live streaming. For example, Neuro and Vedal are live on Twitch, while hosts or community members from other platforms are live-synchronously on their platforms. The hosts on both sides can communicate in real time through voice calls (such as Skype, Discord calls), allowing viewers from different platforms to feel the atmosphere of the joint broadcast.
TOS compliance: As long as this joint live streaming does not violate Twitch's prohibited actions, does not infringe on the rights of others, does not circumvent Twitch's revenue-sharing mechanism in any way, and is agreed upon by the cooperating parties, it complies with the TOS. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the content originates from Twitch is clearly stated during the joint live streaming and to comply with Twitch's copyright and brand usage regulations. In addition, it is also necessary to comply with the relevant policies of other platforms.
