I mainly don't talk about it for "business" reasons, it would be silly of me to explain exactly how all of it works because I'd essentially be helping others make direct competition for Neuro-sama. I can assure you I'm not doing anything illegal or malicious to run Neuro, I don't even know what that would be tbh.
In the future if/when there's no incentive for me to keep how she works a secret, then I'd be happy to talk about it and disclose it but right now it just doesn't make sense to me.
