I've either knew or found what were the others refering to. Although I must admit there are a lot of Neuro clip materials in the lower iceberg sections that I remember happening and was there live but don't remember exactly how the rants went or where exactly do they belong on Neuro timeline. and damn, I've known that Neuro actually could play Valorant and that bot dectors prevented it on online match-ups but holy it still feels huge that we got a tutel's Highschool friend and a clip of Neuro actually playing valorant in one vid. The fact that these things weren't brought up more often later on is insane, perhaps a miracle for Xirena due to her personal privacy reasons. Definitely a bottom of the iceberg material.

But to properly answer your question: Vanguard would 100% be tripped and get Neuro/Vedal banned if Neuro tried to play LoL or Valorant. And i guess they havent built Valorant with a whitelist that would exempt a specific user from getting scanned by Vanguard. But even before Vanguard he was told "no" by Riot anyways, probably because she would ruin the experience of other users in the game, either by being really bad or being too good (in either case the LoL community would get hostile at her too).
