It's been awhile since Neuro started streaming and aside from just chatting we still don't have that much interaction with her.
So the proposal is to make the one of the twins a card dealer in a blackjack table and during a segment they play against chat. Chat decides either to hit or keep through a poll.
During this poll, taking sometime, we can have regular chatting and then we can have their reactions to each card drawn.
In this setting we can even continue the 9+10 meme by making them "miscount" the value of the cards and giving chat the win (equal to 21).

the idea of having it be a twins stream is interesting
I wonder whether twin streams must be done sparingly, or if they can be regularly scheduled and still preserve their entertainment value
