There is a Minecraft Twitch event happening where if you watch Minecraft category twitch streams for 15 minutes you'll get sent a code for a limited distribution purple heart cape. The code distribution ends May 31st. The cape gets actually added to the Java account July 8th at the latest, but the code must be redeemed before June 30th.
Since Vedal is the super famous #1 female tech vtuber 
he can probably get a viewer who doesn't need the cape code to send him their code instead of actually watching 15 minutes of Minecraft streams.
The purple heart has always been a part of the Neuro-sama brand (its also her oshi mark: 💜) and Minecraft has always been a big part of her history so I thought it was perfect for her.
