i don't think it would be illegal as long as you aren't gaining unauthorised access to a system or are doing some kind of damage
At most it would be a violation of the website's ToS, or captcha provider's ToS if you had your own dummy website. Maybe twitch has rules against showing bots bypass captchas?
i think neurosama's LLM would severely struggle with tackling the password game head on. It would require reasoning as well as being able to precisely know each character in the input. (I think tokenisation makes it harder for LLMs to directly 'see' what characters are in each token. Perhaps a solution could be to have the LLM generate prolog code or smth to solve the problem.
though i guess all that can be falsified if GPT-4 can do the first 15 levels
