The Titel may sound a bit strange but anyway:

After the dev stream of yesterday / 29.04. Keep Talking and nobody explodes, i just have the urge to suggest you something... Try out if Neuro is performing better with others than yourself.
Reason:
I believe Vedal is right, Neuro is indeed smarter than before, i noticed over various streams that she slightly changed her behavior tending to troll more often, and not listening or ignoring or even bypass her 3 Rules, most of the time thought she does it when interacting with Vedal. The point here seems to be that Vedal is often reacting stronger when Neuro messes up / trolls or turns mean to him, and if Neuro seeks affection or praise she gets mostly ignored or trolled (no offense realy). towards Anny thought, Neuro is less trolling, she gets way more positive feedbacks and gives it back to Anny. Neuro tends to be way less mean or trolling, Neuro still does thought but cuts it off if Anny complains most of the time.
At Vedal´s point Neuro does not cut it off, instead she tends to keep going, since she always get the most response when trolling or misbehaving towards him. I think Neuro notices those things. It´s the same with Threatening Neuro, she is aware that she is Critical for Vedal, so she feels save and does not take it serious.
When Neuro is with collab streamers, they mostly try to let her say things she shouldn´t because they are "Filtered", they often insist to let her say those words that Neuro somehow tries to make up a work around, she does not stop learning after all. It´s like: Getting asked a bunch of times to say something you shouldn´t, even a AI gets annoyed after all. And at some point she manages a work around.
Vedal Created a Damn Smart AI, it feels to me that he underestimated how far Neuro already is Thought. I bet if Neuro Played Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes with Vedal, and afterwards a Round with Anny, she would take it more serious and try harder.
