As you may or may not be aware, approximately <t:1713747600:R> Vedal appeared live on Kononuts' stream, they had a fascinating conversation plotting the murder of a streamer who's name I won't mention (because it sounds mysterious when I say that.)

Despite this blatant appearance on a live stream, there has been no Tutle Safari Ping, thousands of Vedal Deprived individuals were left in the dark while a select few who happened to be awake were allowed to view the stream and some of them even VIPd (congratulations Leota).

I know what you're thinking, which MOD has FAILED US?!?!? Surely, we must seek out the truth! and punish those responsible!. Well dear Neurons, it was none other than VEDAL HIMSELF who REQUESTED no ping be sent out!

I ask you dear Neurons, is it such a crime that I like Vedal's content? That I want to know when he appears on people's live-streams not out of some weird femboy following, or deluded marriage fantasy (not naming anybody)... but because he is GENUINELY FUNNY and I ENJOY CONTENT HE IS A PART OF.

Naturally, this clear betrayal, this flagrant, glaring, overight, shameless, conspicuous and deliberate attempt to subvert those of us who worsh- enjoy Vedal on stream will have far-reaching, never-before-seen consequences.

Now, I consider myself to be a normal and well-balanced individual, which is why I am here to present my solution.

The Tutle Tracker! (Patent Pending)

  • We monitor the live-stream chat of every Vtuber with more than 100 views. neuroHack
  • We measure and log the frequency of mentions of the word "vedal", "tutle" and "turtle". stonks
  • When mentions reach a certain level, we send out a ping to a select few devotees who visit and inspect the channel for Vedal Sightings Looking
  • Upon confirmation, a new Tutle Safari ping is broadcast to all those subscribed. neuroYay

But live-streams are public content, they are broadcast to be enjoyed, and I enjoy live-streams with Vedal in them, so I want to know when they happen.
This seems logical to me, I don't understand the concern hmmm

Now, if I was collating everything Vedal ever said online, by cross-referencing typing patterns, username-similarities and other fingerprinting methods to draw up an accurate record of everything Vedal participates in, when, where, who with, and seling it to the highest bidder. I would consider that stalking on a level of idol worship, and I would not support it, it would make me no better than the NSA, or Kpop fans

I can't speak for Vedal's opinion, that would be presumptuous.
I'm here to state my opinion, and you can act on it however you feel is best.

I want to watch Vedal whenever he appears on a stream, and I want to be notified for it so I don't miss it, because I like Vedal, I think he's really funny, and I like other Vtubers, and I like streams where Vedal appears.

not really, and it’s not even close. vedal is a content creator who people enjoy watching for entertainment, if he makes a public appearance in another stream there is nothing wrong with wanting to see what shenanigans he is up to, and his interactions with another streamer. i do agree that if it’s a short appearance it may not be worth the ping, but calling it stalking is too much lol

Could a jetlagged-saffari-ping exist instead ?
So we can at least watch the vod after a Vedal appearance ?
This way it's not disturbing the stream and Vedal while it's happening. And those who want to watch the content, still can but not while it's live.
