Hello! These are a bunch of ideas I've thought up, and they're only about Neuro-sama. (I have a really big site page full of my own more general ideas lol)

It's too long for one message since I don't have Nitro, so I'll try and post each category in it's own message

QOL Improvements

  • Extend the shading for the chat text so it's easier to read it as white-on-black-on-white
  • Reduce the margins so more messages can fit
  • Show the chat messages and/or highlighted messages she's responding to so it's more clear. (Plus, why does she get subtitles and the TTS guy doesn't?)
  • Show lyrics as subtitles
  • Give Evil Neuro different lamp colours
  • Use Restream to increase accessibility so people can chat and skip to earlier parts while the stream is live on YouTube
  • Add Discord chat (one channel in this server) and prohibit spam in it, so people can have better conversations. Neuro-sama can alternate between Twitch/YouTube and Discord chats, be more likely to read Discord chat, or only read Discord chat in some streams

Functionality

  • Hook her up to MemGPT so she can have more permanent memories. It's an API that you can hook up to LLMs for storing and retrieving long-term memories, effectively making the LLM a RAM/CPU and MemGPT the hard drive. It might ruin her charm of being capricious, but it seems like a pretty great idea for making her more coherent
  • By the way, you can use different directories/personas for Neuro-sama and Evil Neuro!
  • Restore her ability to issue timeouts, but only unlock it when people are persistently spamming emotes/phrases or harassing her. There can be a cooldown time.
  • Give her the ability to ignore chat messages with certain words/phrases for some amount of time （ＭＯＮＫＡ　ＣＬＡＰ） if she requests it multiple times in a short period
  • Summarise large groups of chat messages, especially emote spam and small talk, then send that with a list of senders to her LLM
  • Enable her to intake prompts from multiple sources at once so she can talk to more people at the same time. This will make collab streams more interactive and let her do proper family streams
  • Give her the ability to differentiate and identify different voices in one audio stream

Games

  • Play 4D Toys. It's a perfect thing for her to play in free time, because it doesn't require skill, it's really interesting, and the chances are that most of us will be just as confused as she is. Unlike Minecraft. (I swear she used to be better when she was Hiyori than in the subathon)
  • Do a prompt engineering game where Neuro-sama will try not to say a phrase or something, and the groupthinking swarm hivemind has to pull itself together to make her say it. (Discord chat would be ignored here to make it more of a challenge LOL)
  • Create a generalised gameplay AI, and introduce her to a broad variety of very simple and increasingly complex games like a kid so we can watch as she gets better and better at playing new games

Collabs

  • Sydney (the unhinged AI chatbot) and a representative of Monika from DDLC (not very feasible since Bing AI got fixed lol. Just a funny idea)
  • Melba Toast
  • Griffmass. One time I sent her a highlighted message about this that probably got donowalled, but they'd be great together because they're both hilarious gaslighting Among Us players and they would bounce off each other really well. I can just imagine it, it would be so funny with their contrasting off-the-wall deliveries

Misc

  • Do beatboxing. She can sing, but after hearing her go "pfft pfft boots and cats pfft pfft boots and cats pfft pfft pfffft" I think it would be cool to also see her do beatboxing routines. Even better if she gets so good at it that she can do breakcore covers
  • Do call-in sessions, where a random person can be selected, and Neuro-sama will talk to only that person in text/voice chat for a bit

some of these are already on my todo list, some I'm already doing and some I disagree with but regarding a few:

  • you can still usually watch earlier parts of the stream on twitch
  • MemGPT: neuro already has her own memory, and I suspect there is a lot of latency with MemGPT even if I wanted to use it (neuros response time needs to be super fast for realtime dialogue)
  • ability to differentiate different voices in one audio stream has been a feature for at least half a year I think
  • creating a generalised gameplay AI is quite a task but would be nice, im assuming google or openai might beat me to this one
  • call in sessions with random people could definitely not end too well on stream

Out of all of these I think showing who she's replying to in chat is an idea I like best. Just a quick chat bobble of the username and message, auto-censor any bad words, and you're good to go.

i mean, look. who could ever beat an entire company that was founded by a programmer, vtuber, single dad with harems, femboy, rum drinker, sleep deprived, a turtle, and somehow an irl cameo
of kirito (has AI daugher, has gf, has harem, programmer, sometimes femboy, liz is basically camila, plays vr, etc you name it theres too much similarities idk) ALL at once

Basically you can't rewind a livestream until it becomes a VOD, which is when the stream ends

You essentially go to the channel, click on videos, then a dropdown or cathegory (depending on weather u use desktop or app) and go to smth that should roughly, translate to 'earlier streams' or similar and the vod of the currently running stream will be there. Its stupid. Idk why they do it like that but it is accessable..
