oh this was my question hi.

I know that the last he talked about it (IIRC) was when he collaborated with uwumarket and someone asked in the chat, which he was unsure at that point (understandably).

Mainly curious in terms of stuff like artist alleys at conventions. I noticed that a lot of artists had fanart like original keychains or prints for both hololive and indie vTubers. Not sure how he feels about derivative works being sold at a hobby level, so I figured I'd ask again. Totally makes sense if he's still not sure!

I think there's a noticable difference between stuff like fanmade Neuro keychains being sold at a con being made mostly or in-all by a singular fan vs. things like the bootleg Neuro plushes which are obviously making a profit off of replicating existing merch.

yes this. id like to know. I currently building my merch stash for artist alleys and I'd love to do some neuro stickers as well. So im just here giving out a ping on this thing in hopes of maby getting another answer
all the ones ive ever seen online are eather rip offs of the official merch, not by the artist that did the art (mostly rune, most likely without the artists permissions as well) or are just a non neuro image with a neuro sama text on it etc. not really anything like ... "proper" fan made merch...
