Suggested in order to minimize Neuro's distractions.
Seemed to be quite a few 1 gift subs during art stream resulting in her not reacting to art. If the sub comes from Turkey, Ukraine, etc, that's like a $0.50 donation to get a readout. (As opposed to 500 bits which is like $7.50)
I know there's a suggestion on the list already to try and compact thanking subs, etc, into one message. I think a minimum would be good to go alongside it in either case.
(And much easier to implement)
